Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NEWZZLE Mall and users when using NEWZZLE’s online shopping services.

This English version is provided for user convenience. If there is any discrepancy between this translation and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail.

Effective Date: June 20, 2026

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Use set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NEWZZLE Mall (the “Mall”) and users in relation to the use of internet-related services provided by the Mall (the “Services”).

Article 2. Definitions

“Mall” means a virtual business place established by NEWZZLE through information and communications facilities such as computers to provide goods or services to users. The term may also refer to the business operator that manages the cyber mall.

  • “User” means any member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms.
  • “Member” means a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and can continuously use the services provided by the Mall.
  • “Non-member” means a person who uses the services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.

Article 3. Display, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms

The Mall shall display these Terms, company name, business address, representative’s name, business registration number, and contact information on the initial service screen or through a linked page so that users can easily access them.

The Mall may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

When these Terms are amended, the Mall shall announce the effective date and reason for amendment together with the current Terms from at least seven days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.

Article 4. Purchase Application and Consent to Personal Information Provision

Users may apply for purchases through the following or similar methods on the Mall, and the Mall shall provide the following information in an easily understandable manner.

  • Search and selection of goods or services
  • Input of recipient name, address, phone number, email address, or mobile phone number
  • Confirmation and consent regarding these Terms, limitations on withdrawal of subscription, shipping fees, and other cost-related matters
  • Confirmation of payment amount and selection of payment method

Article 5. Formation of Contract

The Mall may refuse to accept a purchase application if any of the following applies.

  • The application contains false information, omissions, or errors
  • Acceptance of the purchase application is deemed to cause significant technical or operational difficulties for the Mall
  • The contract is deemed to be formed when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the user in the form of an order confirmation notice.

Article 6. Payment Methods

Payment for goods or services purchased through the Mall may be made through any available method provided by the Mall.

  • Account transfer, including phone banking and internet banking
  • Payment by prepaid card, debit card, credit card, or other cards
  • Online bank deposit
  • Simple payment methods or other payment methods provided by the Mall

Article 7. Delivery and Refund

Unless otherwise agreed with the user regarding the supply date of goods, the Mall shall take necessary measures such as production, packaging, and shipment so that the goods may be delivered within seven days from the date of order.

If the Mall is unable to deliver or provide the goods ordered by the user due to reasons such as stock shortage, the Mall shall notify the user without delay. If payment has already been received, the Mall shall refund the amount or take necessary refund measures within three business days from the date of receipt of payment.

Article 8. Withdrawal of Subscription

A user who has entered into a purchase contract with the Mall may withdraw the subscription within seven days from the date of receiving the written contract details or, if the goods are supplied later, from the date of receiving the goods.

However, returns and exchanges may be restricted in any of the following cases.

  • The goods are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user
  • The value of the goods has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the user
  • The value of the goods has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult
  • The packaging of original goods that can be copied or reproduced has been damaged

Article 9. Dispute Resolution

The Mall operates customer support and damage compensation procedures to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and process compensation where appropriate.

The Mall shall prioritize complaints and opinions submitted by users. If prompt handling is difficult, the Mall shall notify the user of the reason and expected processing schedule.
